What we call colored stainless steel plate is actually processed by vacuum titanium plating (PVD). A processing method in which titanium metal is heated to melt and evaporate under high vacuum conditions, and the heated metal is cooled on the surface of the stainless steel plate to form a surface film. Titanium metal reacts with various gases in vacuum ion plating equipment to form plasma. After acceleration, the plasma rushes to the surface of the plate to be plated, forming a strong film layer. This film layer is fine and uniform, has strong bonding force, high hardness, anti-corrosion and wear resistance, and has rich and diverse colors. The colors can be customized according to customer requirements, such as black titanium, titanium gold, sapphire blue, coffee, brown, emerald green, green, purple, Bronze, bronze, champagne gold, rose gold, etc.

Mirror surface (also called 8K) is to polish the stainless steel plate with abrasive liquid through grinding equipment to make the surface of the stainless steel plate smoother and as bright as a mirror. Mirrors are also divided into ordinary mirrors and finely ground mirrors. A good finely ground mirror stainless steel plate can achieve the effect of 12k. Fingerprint-free: A layer of oil is attached to the surface of the stainless steel plate and dried to achieve anti-fingerprint and anti-oxidation effects. Generally, those that have been mirrored will not be fingerprint-free, because it will affect the effect of the mirror. It is best not to use fingerprint-free stainless steel plates in places with high temperatures, otherwise they will turn black.
